In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Brunch N Bible Study presents Melodies of Hope - Survivor's Poetry Night. The event will provide a safe space for survivors of Domestic violence to express themselves, celebrate themselves,  and share their stories through the arts - poetry, singing, rapping, storytelling, interpretative dance etc. This year’s theme “Roots & Reflections” explores the experiences, relationships, identities, and histories that shape who we become. Through poetry, spoken word, music, dance, and other forms of artistic expression, survivors are invited to reflect on what they have carried, honor the strength found within their roots, and reclaim the power to define what grows from their story. This year’s Melodies of Hope creates space for reflection, connection, and the possibility of growth beyond trauma.
