BNB Community Healing Circles and Individual Counseling for Women

is is an 8-week, trauma-informed mental health program serving women ages 21–45 in Onondaga County who face systemic barriers to care and mental health disparities. Through a partnership with the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at LeMoyne College, supervised graduate counselors provide on-site individual and group counseling for cohorts of up to 15 women. The program includes:

• Weekly group healing circles
• Optional individual counseling sessions provided by supervised graduate interns
• Mindfulness and body-based wellness practices
• Community connection and shared meals.
