Brunch N Bible Study, Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Syracuse NY. As a trusted hub for wellness and food security for the women we serve, Brunch N Bible Study, Inc. is intentionally designed by and for women who have been historically excluded from traditional wellness, mental health, and social care systems. We remain committed to to creating accessible pathways to wellness so women can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Mission Statement
Advancing holistic wellness for underserved women in Syracuse, NY by integrating spiritual, mental, and physical health support with food security initiatives. Our model combines direct services, leadership development, and community engagement to drive scalable, sustainable impact.
Vision Statement
Brunch N Bible Study, Inc. uses a trauma-informed, community-centered approach to support the mental, physical, and spiritual wellness of women. Our programs prioritize safety, dignity, choice, and cultural responsiveness while integrating emotional support, nervous system regulation, and faith-rooted care. We believe healing happens in relationship and design our work to foster trust, belonging, and sustainable wellness.
We serve women in Syracuse and surrounding areas who face systemic barriers that impact their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Our programs support women ages 18–45 navigating stress, trauma, food insecurity, and limited access to wellness and mental health resources. We prioritize culturally responsive, accessible spaces that honor each woman’s lived experience and path to healing.
